Slide-on Tail Extension
The Slide-On Tail Extension is a traditional cap style extension. This tail extension attaches by braiding a section at the bottom of the horse’s tail, then sliding the extension onto the braid. See our photo attachment Instructions.
We recommend the Slide-On Tail Extension to experienced extension users. **If the horse steps on this extension he runs the risk of pulling out the tail hairs that make up the braided section.
In order for the Slide-on Tail Extension to look natural your horse must have a fairly long and "quiet" tail. See our Which Style Should I Choose page to help you determine if the slide-on will work for your horse.
